Pom Pom Blankets
Our wool and cotton blankets come in five sizes:
94” x 114” inches / 240cms x 300cms
78” x 114” inches / 200cms x 300 cms
59” x 98” inches / 150cms x 250cms
59” x 59” inches / 150cms x 150cms
Beds come in numerous sizes and will vary from one country to the next. Should you wish your blanket to cover the entire bed, we suggest that you measure the top surface of the bed and add 24” inches / 60cms to the length and another 24” inches / 60cms to the width. This will give you enough blanket to fold it at the top of the bed and also allow it to hang nicely on either side.
Should you only wish to fold the blanket at the foot of the bed, measure the width of the bed and add an extra 24” inches / 60cms.
The size of the pom poms is determined by the size of the blanket i.e. the larger the blanket, the larger the pom poms. However, we would be delighted to attach x-large pom poms on a smaller blanket should you wish.
We attach them on the shorter sides i.e. the head and foot of the blanket. For a small surcharge we can attach the pom poms on the longer sides or even on all four sides.
We suggest that you either dry clean or machine wash your blanket on a delicate setting.
Please don’t hesitate to contact us should you require any of our blankets in a custom size.
(Note that are looms are unable to weave a blanket wider than 94” inches / 240cms).

As a natural material, the leather may have minor flaws and imperfections which we believe give character to our poufs. Tanneries in Morocco cure animal hides using centuries-old, traditional methods and natural, organic ingredients. The new leathers do have an odour which can be unfamiliar when our experience is of leather tanned using modern-day methods in large factories. But please be assured that any leather smell emanating from your new pouf will gradually fade on airing.
To care for your pouf we recommend using a dry, or slightly damp cloth, to remove marks or spills. Keep use of water to a minimum and avoid soaps, polishes and cleaning products. If a cleaner is necessary choose one specifically designed for leather. Treated well leather ages beautifully and becomes more soft and supple over time.
Our oiled poufs are incredibly popular and come in a light, medium or dark tan finish. The natural oil used to seal the hide and give the leather a sheen may transfer to other fabrics so we recommend placing your new pouf on paper or cardboard until the oil has been fully absorbed into the leather.
Stuffing & Filling Your Pouf
Your pouf can be filled with almost anything you have to hand, polyester fibre fill (8 pounds), coconut coir (available from all garden centres), scrunched up newspapers and plastic bags, or old clothing and fabrics such as sheets. It is an eco-friendly way to use up materials you may have stored at home for recycling. Alternatively, your local furniture upholsterer or hardware store should be able to supply suitable stuffing materials.
Step by Step Instructions:
- Make sure the material you are using is clean and dry.
- Unzip the pouf and open it out.
- Start by gradually filling the edges of your pouf to ensure that all the small spaces are fully stuffed. This will prevent air spaces forming in your finished pouf.
- Continue to add stuffing evenly ensuring the sides and seams are filled out.
- Please avoid over-filling your pouf as this could put a strain on the zip when closing, but over time as your pouf beds down it can be topped up with more filling.
