How is my order shipped?
We expedite ship all our orders using courier companies DHL or FedEx Express. You have peace of mind that your purchase will arrive quickly and safely.
Is free shipping really FREE?
Absolutely, no matter how small or large your order is, you pay nothing extra for shipping. The price you see for each item is the total and final price, so you can shop knowing that there are no last minute nasty surprises at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times depend on the country. To Western Europe and North America within 3-5 days, Australia and NZ within 5-7 days, the Rest of the World within 10 days.
Where can I receive my order?
It can be sent to any address selected by you (home, work, etc.) Please note that our courier companies are unable to deliver to a PO Box.
Should I provide my contact telephone number?
As this will be an international order, we ask that you fill in your daytime telephone number when checking out. This will ONLY be used by DHL/FedEx in the event that they require to coordinate delivery with you.
Will my pouf / cushion come stuffed?
Yes, we ship all our poufs and cushions with stuffing. This way you can enjoy using them the moment they arrive without the inconvenience of purchasing stuffing elsewhere.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched we we will send you an email with the relevant tracking number so that you can keep tabs on where your purchase is.
Will I be liable to import duties and custom charges?
Each country has their own taxes and your purchase may therefore incur import duties/custom charges. These are levied when your order arrives in your home country and you will be responsible for paying them.
For USA buyers, there are NO import duties due to a free trade agreement between the USA and Morocco.
